Randstad Holding NV ( click here for contact details ) - as a data controller (verantwoordelijke) - pursuant to the Dutch Personal Data Protection Act (Wet bescherming persoonsgegevens) sets out in this Privacy Statement for which purposes your personal data are used and by which organization(s).
Any changes to this Privacy Statement will be notified to you on the website homepage and will be included in the updated Privacy Statement. We at Randstad Holding NV are committed to respecting your privacy. We have structured our website so that, in general, you can visit this website without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information. We do, however, use cookies. 2. Three ways of applying for a job

1. If you apply for a specific job mentioned on our website, the personal data which you provide will be sent directly to the relevant company. This is not necessarily a (Randstad) Group Company. This company will deal with your request directly. In this case the data will be forwarded directly to that company.
2. You can also be redirected to another website where you could e.g. apply for a job. Not all of these websites are necessarily from (Randstad) Group Companies. We cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting other websites and such sites are not governed by this Privacy Statement. You should exercise caution and review the privacy statement, disclaimer etc. applicable to the website in question.
3. You can register to our database. The information as set out in this Privacy Statement explains how your personal data will be used. When registering to the database you can choose whether you will only allow access to your data by Randstad Holding NV, or whether other companies are also allowed to access your data. The companies which are then granted access are listed here (hereafter jointly referred to as "Companies"). These are not necessarily (Randstad) Group Companies and may include recruitment agencies, related services and employers which are looking to fill their vacancies. This list will be periodically updated so please check it regularly.

As mentioned on the list some of these Companies are located outside the European Economic Area. The data protection laws in these countries may not be as extensive as in the European Economic Area. Personal data may e.g. be transferred to a country outside the European Economic Area if this is necessary for the performance of a contract between a company and a data subject, or for actions to be carried out at the request of the data subject and which are necessary for the conclusion of a contract. As this is not always the case, you are therefore asked to consent to the access by and transfer of your personal data to the Companies for the purposes as listed below. 3. How we use cookies

A cookie is a piece of text which is placed on your computer's hard drive. • The area where you prefer to work, your preferred Company to deal with, your name, your address, telephone numbers (including Mobile Phone number), your eligibility to work in the country where the job opening is you applied for, the Market Sector area you are registering for (e.g. Administrative and Support Services), the term of employment sought (e.g. permanent, temporary), any comments, additional information and if you would like to receive job notifications by e-mail and/or can be contacted by a recruiter;
• Information not included above that might also be on your Curriculum Vitae, including your prior employment history, your vocational skills, your educational history and any other information that might be included on your Curriculum Vitae;
• Some pages may use cookies, used for storing information about your current internet session. In order to learn more, please see the section on 'How we use Cookies' below;
• We may also ask you to provide us with information regarding your personal or professional interests, demographics, experiences with our products, and contact preferences in order to provide you with further information about our products and services.

5. What do we do with the information we gather?

6. What are your rights?

If you would like an overview/copy of the information held on you by Randstad Holding NV please email info@dovajobs.com You also have the right to correct, supplement, delete or block such data in the event that they are factually inaccurate, incomplete, or irrelevant, or are being processed in any other way which infringes a legal provision. You can also request that all your data are removed from the database.

You are responsible for the data you provide and it is your responsibility to keep the personal data you provided through our website up to date. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please correct this as soon as possible online, or write or e-mail us as soon as possible to the above address. We will correct any information which was found to be incorrect promptly.
Randstad Holding NV, group companies and/or other companies - could provide you with promotional information about new products, services, special offers, newsletters or other information which we think you may find interesting by post or phone without your consent, unless you object to the use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. We require your consent for sending promotional information by e-mail.
