Tender Planning Manager

Are you looking for an opportunity with a major Tier 1 Main Contractor? This company is looking to recruit a Tender Planning manager to join their Pre Construction team.

Key Responsibilities:

* to work alongside Bid Managers and deal with the logistics of Bids

* meet with suppliers

* identify package information and developers throughout the Construction Programme

* responsible for qualatitive responses

* develop written methodologies for clients

* ensure projects are prepared to run in the most time and resource effective way

* attend adjudication meetings

* generate benchwork data and identify patters e.g. build length

Key Experience:

* construction background

* Main Contracting experience

* proven track record of success in a team environment

* previous work with Bids
