About The Company

My client is a leading Tier 1 Developer who has a track record of completing large complex schemes across Europe. The business has a group turnover in excess of £1 billion and has been in business for over 50 years. Due to the successful tender of yet another Major Project they require a Senior M&E manager to join the business overseeing a listed High End Residential Development. Acting as number 1 regarding MEP services and reporting straight to the Operations Director this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced M&E manager to work on arguably one of the most prestigious developments in London.

About the Role

The project is consisting of the complete Design & Build a high rise very high spec Residential development located within London zones 1-2. You will be responsible for the overall design, delivery & MEP project handover. As Lead M&E manager you will liaise closely with the construction team and manage all direct staff as well as conducting weekly subcontractor and client progress meetings. You will be the Mechanical & Electrical "go to" individual to provide expert advice, guidance & leadership.

This is a great chance for a Senior M&E manager to enhance their project portfolio. In return my client is offering a Basic Salary of up to £100,000 plus company benefits which include travel expenses and project related bonuses.
