Sales Administrator

Are you sales administrator looking for your next challenge? Do you thrive on being organised and enjoy working in a busy, fast paced environment? Looking for an immediate start?

I am currently looking for a sales administrator to join a passionate and fun team for a market leading company in Birmingham for a 3 month temporary contract.

Job Purpose;

To provide a comprehensive administration service required to support the sales team in managing and servicing customers

Key responsibilities;



* Provide routine administration support to the team.
* Produce delivery documents and upload to customer portals.
* Manage customer samples.
* Investigate and answer internal and external customer queries.
* Produce reports in reference to customer requests
* Generate sales quotations using internal and external (web based) systems.
* Electronic and manual filing.
* sales order processing supporting the administration team.
* Support with administrative duties as required.
* Working to meet KPI's and SLA's.
* Strive for continuous improvement of processes and procedures

Skills/Experience required



* 12 month minimum experience in a similar role.
* Proven ability to support a team.
* Ability to work methodically and accurately, often under pressure.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Ability to manage own workload and priorities.
* Passionate about delivering first class service to internal and external customers.
* Intermediate to advanced Excel user
* Excellent team player.
