Are you a sales professional with 1-3 years proven track record in B2B sales or recruitment, looking to earn more? Would you love to work in a successful office, within a business that a strong reputation and brand within the Education sector? Join a market leader working in Leeds earning excellent uncapped commissions!

The ideal candidate will be commercially savvy, hard working and enjoy selling both over the phone and face to face. Due to the nature of the industry, the successful sales Consultant will be expected to present themselves professionally and be articulate. You should be confident and comfortable developing professional relationships with the team, clients and candidates. Previous recruitment experience not essential but the successful candidate should have 2-3+ years experience in a B2B consultative sales role, recruitment, or other sector experience and have strong Professional communication skills. The role is a full 360 recruitment role including candidate attraction, recruitment and retrntion.

The Role:

- Split between business development and account management
- Selling to clients and candidates over the phone and in person
- Candidate interview preparation and co-ordination
- Actively prospecting new business
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
- Creating an active sales and talent pipeline in order to hit financial targets
- Working towards sales activities and KPI's to ensure targets are met
- Source new business leads through networking and LinkedIn
- Account mapping active accounts to grow business

Requirements:
- Strong commercial acumen, motivated and hungry to succeed
- 2+ years proven track record in a B2B commercial sales environment, financial sector, recruitment or other consultative sales environment
- Must be University Degree Educated
- Professional and confident
- Outgoing and social personality
- Motivated by financial success
