Receptionist - Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire job description

We are currently representing a growing organisation that is currently looking for a friendly, confident and professional Receptionist to work in their modern offices based in the town centre of Welwyn Garden City. The successful candidate would be the first port of call for incoming calls and visitors, and would need to provide the very best service at all times.

Key responsibilities and duties:
-Answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls, taking messages if needed
-Meeting and greeting visitors, managing the signing in book
-Administration tasks and project work as required
-Ensuring the reception area is neat and presentable at all times
-Postal, courier duties and booking travel when needed
-Required Skills and Experience:
-Great communication skills and a professional telephone manner
-Well organised with the ability to multi-task
-A flexible, friendly, positive with a 'can-do' attitude

Benefits Offered:
-£16,000 per annum
-25 days holiday entitlement
-8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
-Regular social events
