Learning & Development administrator

To provide a professional and customer focused administration service to support the delivery of Learning and Development for a large Residential Developer based in Leatherhead.

Duties;



* To ensure a professional, accurate and customer focused service is provided in the delivery of learning and development to support business needs.
* To efficiently administer training workshops and programmes for the business within agreed timeframes, maximising the use of resources.
* To assist in developing, implementing and operating effective and efficient processes relevant to role, maximising the use of HR systems.
* To effectively administer a range of Learning and Development workshops and programmes, including; SHEQ, Commercial, Production Technical, Behavioural, Leadership & Management liaising with Trainers, Venues, Business Training Co-ordinators and course attendees and their line managers throughout the process, as appropriate.
* To maintain an accurate record of all workshop attendance/non-attendance on our HR Systems and produce reports as required.
* To answer and deal with queries on the telephone to provide excellent customer service and advice.
* To support the identification of training needs through the TNA/PDR
* To work with the head of Talent and Resourcing to support the annual Calibration of Talent activity, including people data analysis, compiling accurate talent metrics and talent pack production.
* To support the successful induction of new employees to Wates, currently through supporting the Welcome to Wates events.
* To ensure that all training invoices are cost coded, recorded and summarised on a weekly basis using Intuita and monitor training expenditure against budget at agreed timescales.
* To authorise CITB Grant payments on the on-line grant portal and to track grant payments.
* To play a lead role in the management of all Psychometric tools, including include efficient administration, record keeping and monitoring of spend.
* To provide advice and guidance to employees on the Learning and Development offering and sign post people to appropriate training solutions.
* To provide support to the Learning and development manager and Learning and Development Business Partners with projects when required.
* To build and maintain good working relationships with all employees to provide a professional, value added advisory service.
* To order and maintain Stationery supplies for the team.
* To continuously look for ways to improve the Learning and Development administration processes and the service provided.
