HR Manager

Responsibilities (UK and USA):



* Define the best methods and routes for recruitment, and develop hiring managers' skills in

approach and interview techniques



* Improve onboarding procedures
* Ensure HR policies and procedures are comprehensive and up to date
* Review remuneration and benefits against market and advise Execs accordingly
* Ensure consistent grading structure across business and develop performance review processes
* Review and implement training needs as necessary
* Own company culture and work to ensure consistent culture across different offices, with

Commonality of purpose and sense of belonging



* Manage HR issues as they arise, including termination processes if required
* Manage/control all recruitment across the business

Ideal Profile



* Be a confident self-starter
* Have 3+ years' experience in the HR function of a technology based company, ideally with experience of US operations
* Proven experience managing a talent acquisition function
* Be comfortable in a fast moving start up/entrepreneurial environment
* Enthusiastic to create something significant
* Be passionate about making a difference
* Be an excellent communicator, able to operate at all levels within the company
* Have a calm head and a sense of humour!
* CIPD or equivalent is advantageous
