Once you’ve obtained a comprehensive knowledge of the company and its service offering, you’ll begin to shadow senior staff to business meetings and learn from direct contact with the sales and Marketing Director. The graduate sales Development Representative will respond to inbound calls and queries, before taking charge of business relationships, meetings and presentations independently. With a carefully structured progression plan, you’ll soon be closing business and securing revenue confidently.

The Role:


 
  • Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company and its service offering so as to best educate clients
  • As part of your training, shadow the sales and Marketing Director, client meetings and conduct client research
  • Develop relationships on the back of inbound calls
  • Independently manage business meetings and client relationships as you progress
  • Build rapport with customers in order to capture return business
