German Speaking Social Media Support Advisor

Are you fluent in both German and English? Do you have a proven flare for delivering exceptional customer service? Do you have a passion and/or expertise in social networks and the ever evolving digital media world? If so, please read on as this is an exciting and varied role, where you can learn, grow and develop.

I am recruiting for a German speaking social media support advisor to join a well established brand on a permanent basis. Paying a basic of £20,000, you will work full time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

You will provide world class customer service, via a variety of digital channels to a global audience.

Key responsibilities:
-Provide support for customers and contacts via Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/Linked In
-Varying levels of technical support - from a networking issue to where to find information on a website
-Frequent research is needed, to keep up with digital and technical updates and upgrades
-Troubleshoot and hardware support experience

Skills required:
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills - German language
-Proven ability showing customer empathy and support with a professional and polite attitude
-Ability to follow documented processes and policies
-Expertise and interest in Social media networks
-Direct experience installing/configuring and troubleshooting software (advantageous)
-Team player
-Organised, able to prioritise and multi task, ensuring targets are met
