Benefits

Salary: £120 - £182 per day

The school

I am currently recruiting for a Food Technology teacher within a medium-sized, innovative school in Northwich. They have a clear and ambitious vision and a Head teacher that puts their learners at the heart of all that they do and pride themselves on their personalised approach to learning and professional development. The school's teaching and learning team is very diverse, with a wide variety of individual strengths and expertise.

The school is currently on a journey towards achieving excellence and each member of staff shares a determination to be part of a hardworking, committed and supportive team. The school is excited to hear from other like-minded ambitious and experienced practitioners who can bring energy and creative thinking to their team.

You will



* have a relevant degree and have a classification of 2:1 or better (although this can be negotiated)
* be an 'outstanding' and highly committed teacher; passionate about their subject and the schools' learners
* lead all elements of the KS3 and KS4 Food Technology and ensure targets are met for each year group
* either be an NQT or an experienced teacher holding QTS
* be passionate about making a difference; deliver after school intervention and enrichment programmes and contribute to wider school activities.
