We have an exciting opportunity for a Flooding Support analyst to join the Flooding Support team and play a pivotal role in delivering our end to end sewer flooding investigation process. Reporting to the Network Performance Controller, you will provide timely analysis and support to the customer facing technical teams, facilitating the completion of detailed and thorough flooding investigations on site while ensuring that all flooding data is complete and accurate. Excellent organisational and planning skills are essential as you will produce reports and performance data on a regular basis.

Key responsibilities will include using live customer information, technical knowledge and historical investigation outcomes to establish, monitor and drive optimal sewer flooding investigations. You will support the effective management of flood alerts and incident escalation process using Met Office Hazard manager to provide observed and forecast rainfall information to key stakeholders. You will possess first class data analysis and reporting skills along with excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Once familiar with our processes you will participate in a flexible working rota which will include weekends and evenings.

You should be educated to BTEC or an equivalent level 3 qualification in an environmental, engineering, or construction related discipline, or be willing to work towards this level with company support. You will be a team player and will be able to work to tight deadlines and undertake a demanding work schedule while remaining

Highly customer focused. A current driving licence is required as you will regularly work at local offices.
