Facilities Administrator

Facilities administrator- Hemel Hempstead- 23k- Perm.

My client is currently recruiting for an experienced Facilities administrator to join their busy team based in Hemel Hempstead. The ideal candidate will have a background in Facilities and strong administration skills.

Main Duties

* General Facilities Administration
* PPMS and approving Risk Assessments
* Scheduling works and dealing with contractors
* Act as main point of contact for external vendors and clients
* Correspond to all emails, raise tasks and deliver tasks to customers 
* Co-ordinate and manage maintenance notifications from vendors and report to clients as required
* Collate and review method statements and risk assessments, and highlight any risks that are apparent from a business continuity perspective.
* Ensure maintenance is being carried out as per maintenance schedules.
* Create periodic client reports in line with agreed SLA's and KPI's, capturing all required data.
* Ensuring access lists for all sites are up to date in line with SLA's  Providing support to the department taking telephone calls
* Liaising with vendors on repairs and maintenance issues.
* Ensuring compliance with ISO Security, Fire and Health & Safety related policies and procedures
* Assist with Health & Safety compliance
* Support the business by planning and scheduling works with external vendors
* Update systems, maintain information and carry out general administrative tasks.
* Provide admin support to Critical Facilities Maintenance manager
* Any other reasonable duty or request as deemed appropriate by Management
