Electrical project manager - Central London

The Client

Our client is a Tier 1 M&E Contractor based in Central London. They have gained a reputation for successfully delivering and managing technically challenging projects. They specialise in multiple sectors ranging from commercial offices to highly complex residential & heritage refurbishments. The company specialise in all aspects of Mechanical & Electrical engineering from initial enquiry, design, installation, commissioning right through to completion of the project. Typical projects range up to £5 million in value and their client base includes Tier 1 contractors as well as end users.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing an Electrical Package. The projects tend to be based within zones 1-3 and comprise of a mixture of CAT A & CAT B commercial Fit Out. Reporting directly to the Managing Director this is a great opportunity for an experience project manager to progress their career.

The Candidate

Upon successful tendering of relevant projects; the Electrical project manager will be responsible for:

Reviewing all pre-construction & drawings associated with the job

Take offs relevant to project specification

Procurement of all materials & subcontractors

Programming and planning

Labour management

Full Commercial control through to client handover

The Benefits

For the right individual my client is offering a basic salary of up to £65,000 along with annual company bonuses, travel expenses, car allowance, contributory pension & private healthcare.
