Customer Service Agent

Are you a customer orientated individual who strives to deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer relationship? Working on a initial 6 month contract on a hourly rate of £11p/h within there contact centre in Poole, this is a fantastic opportunity for a fresh graduate or experienced customer advisor to join their team.

The role
- Take ownership of complaints, as defined by company standards
- Effectively investigate and resolve customer complaints with varying degrees of complexity and know when to escalate complaints of a high degree of complexity and ambiguity
- Achieve/exceed challenging customer service and performance targets
- Clearly communicate requirements to other business areas when information is required to resolve complaint

The ideal candidate will have;
- Previous telephony experience
- Strong computer skills, able to multi task between a number of different systems
- Focused on the right outcome for the customer
- Be able to think on the spot and be self motivated
