Customer Service Advisor - Client services

As a client service executive you will play a key role in the smart investment team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to a wide range of clients, making you a trusted contact both internally and externally. This is a great opportunity for you to build an excellent foundation to start a career in banking and finance.

The starting salary for a client service executive is £19,665
Working Hours - Rotational shifts Monday - Friday, 7am - 11pm.
You may also be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays.

As a client service executive your main responsibilities will involve:
* Being involved in all aspects of the client journey from account opening to product management and development
* Responsible for achieving "world class" client service, by capturing and executing client orders/transactions accurately and in a timely manner
* Actively identifying opportunities for clients to transfer their servicing needs, to get the most out of their business
* Providing mutual support by coaching, training and sharing knowledge with less experienced colleagues
* Building an in-depth knowledge of your area, monitoring client and competitor behaviours, recognising trends and anticipating upcoming risks and opportunities

As a Client service executive, your skills and qualifications will include:
* A client-focused approach to work, with fantastic communication skills
*The ability to manage your own workload, prioritising and planning where needed
* A passion for providing outstanding customer service, gained through a a customer service background
