Customer Service Administrator

Are you a resilient customer service advisor? Can you resolve customer's queries and truly tune into their needs?

Want to work in Leeds City Centre?

Our client is looking for strong customer focused individual to start work immediately.

Main responsibilities:



* The ability to communicate clearly and effectively, interacting with people at all levels verbally and by written means
* Liaise effectively with people who may be distressed and identify any immediate risk issues
* Conflict resolution and excellent listening skills
* Ensure cases are handled in line with internal service level agreements and in accordance with agreed policies and procedures
* Ability to deal sensitively dealing with difficult and sometimes challenging situations and people
* To maintain clear, accurate and concise casework records/notes and contribute to improving team performance in the handling of cases and reviews
* Work flexibly across the team to handle a mixed and varied caseload, ensuring a high quality and timely response that meets relevant standards and deadlines.
* Be adaptable to a constant changing & challenging environment in a very busy demanding role and able to prioritise your own case load

Skills required:



* Previous contact centre experience is essential
* Resilient

* Focused

In return:



* Fantastic hourly rate of £10.68
* Based in Leeds City Centre
* Various shifts - 8am-4pm , 9am-5pm , 10am-6pm
