Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Exciting opportunity for a Strong assistant quantity surveyor to work for a growing contractor in South London!

I urgently require a strong assistant quantity surveyor to work for a growing contractor in South London. This particular contractor is currently working on 4/5 live sites valued between £2-£3m. This position is a stand-alone position and you'll have to opportunity to take on a lot of responsibility and autonomy.

Role: assistant quantity surveyor

Location: The role will be based between sites in South London.

Rate: £150 - £200 p/d depending on experience

Duties: You will be reporting directly into the Construction Director

Duties will include -

* Procurement
* Variations
* Valuations
* Payments
* Cost-reporting
* Final accounts
* Site meetings

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience working for a contractor / developer previously
