Asset Coordinator

My Client, a leading Facilities Management Company are looking to recruit a Asset Coordinator for their surveying department based in Leeds.

The job role:

* Deliver accurate asset data on time to stakeholders and for onward transfer to Maximo when required.
* Provide support to Surveying Lead and assist with coordination of surveyors and team requirements.
* Interpretation of data into a technical output
* Working in a matrix format supporting more than one project at any one time
* Handling data received from Technical Field Surveyors
* Carrying out Quality Review of data
* Delivery of accurate data to stakeholders
* Coordination of Surveyors assignments
* Raising purchase orders
* Analyse incoming asset data submissions and produce meaningful Quality Review documents highlighting
any deficiencies/concerns
* Prepare, issue and track data set requests and report on progress
* Deliver final data that is accurate and fit for purpose to stakeholders and for onward transfer to Maximo
when required
* Work closely with other team members and look for efficiencies where possible

About You:

* Organised, logical with excellent communication skills
* Proficient in MS Excel
* Experience of business systems & preferably Maximo
* Understanding of hard and soft facilities management
* Attention to detail, quality driven approach
* Work on own initiative and manage own time
* Working individually or part of a wider team
* Ability to deal with a pressure and to tight deadlines
