We currently have opportunities for Assembly/Test Specialists to work in our clients Factory in Larne, Co. Antrim on an ongoing temporary basis. Skills and Competencies: The ability to follow and comprehend verbal, specific and detailed procedures and work instructions. The ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations in order to perform the duties of the position. Physical ability to fulfil the requirements of the job. The ability to use hand tools, power tools, checking or testing equipment and to be able to read and interpret drawings - preferred. Working at heights may be necessary. Reasonable level of computer literacy where required.

Primary Job Duties/Responsibilities: Assembling, sub-assemblies, looms (wiring harnesses), control panels, options and other components of generator sets. Works from prints and standard work instructions to produce components of generator sets. Performs routine functionality test on control panels, analyses malfunctions and make repairs. May perform touch-up painting on sub-assemblies, engines, canopy assembly and other components. Assist in the calibration and repair of measuring equipment and input data into pre-developed databases for record collection analysis and reporting. Compliance with safety and quality standards. Compliance with 5S programme and other business improvement initiatives. Display behaviour and conduct fitting with our Values in Action. Train other employees if and when required. Any other appropriate duties.
