Administrator / Secretary

Are you an organised administrator with the ability to provide the highest quality of Administration Support? If so this role may be perfect for you. Our client, a leading independent wealth management company is seeking an experienced administrator to join their busy team in Truro. As an administrator you will enjoy a role which provides excellent training and a workload where no two days are the same.

Job Description
The main purpose of this role is to be responsible for undertaking administration procedures and processes, ensuring that they are following without loss to the company / client. You will also be responsible for providing secretarial and reception support ensuing that a first class service is delivered to all clients.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for dealing with Transfers which will include a process of checking holdings, preparing transfer forms, arrange initial charge of agent accounts and submitting transfers and confirming once finished

*Audio Typing essential
* You will be responsible for the on boarding of new clients, which will include populating account opening paperwork, input information on the systems, checking forms etc
*Dealing with payments, processing and adding to spreadsheets
*Dealing with general enquires from clients and agents,
*Account amendments
*Calculating quarterly fee's
*Assist with setting up and running marketing events
*Answering the phones as and when required and dealing with field queries
*Any project work as and when required

Desired Skills/ Experience
*Accuracy, numeracy and attention to detail
*Clear and concise communication skills both oral and written
*Able to meet strict deadlines and work within restricted timescales
*Flexible and reliable team member
*Ability to work on own initiative
*Collaborative and inclusive approach to work
*Previous Administration experience is essential although additional training will be provided
*Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Qualifications
Willing to work to obtain qualifications relevant to the role
