We are currently working with an engineering company, who are looking to make an addition to their admin team. The company offer a variety of services and this role will reverberate around providing thorough and comprehensive support to the engineering team.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Liaising with the Engineers both over the telephone and via email.

Planning weekly schedules.

Producing follow up documentation.

Checking engineer reports.

Answering the telephone, taking messages and resolving queries.

Postal duties.

Assisting other areas of the business with admin tasks.

Collating reports on excel.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role previously, however, if you have worked in an admin capacity and have a very good working knowledge of excel, then do not hesitate to apply.
