Location: Brighton, East Sussex

Contract type: Permanent

Start date: April

Salary/Rate: £18,000 - £22,000 dependent on experience

Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays

Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm, 5 days per week

Our client is a Boutique property developer based in the centre of Brighton. They create new build residential properties with interesting designs in Sussex, Surrey and London. They are looking for an administrator to join their small team and grow with the business.

Our client is looking for someone bubbly, enthusiastic, passionate and excellent people skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Initial point of contact for all clients and customers
* Dealing with queries over the telephone and on email
* Managing all post coming in and out
* Client aftercare, ensuring they are happy with their properties
* Booking in any snagging to the properties
* Obtaining feedback from clients and customers
* Diary management for the Director
* Organising events
* Minute taking and typing up
* Invoicing, basic book keep skills
* Dealing with sub contractors
* Maintaining and ordering stationary
* Maintain effective work systems, ensuring that all correspondence and documentation is dealt with in a professional manner
* Any other ad hoc or project based administration

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* Good standard of education
* Bubbly, enthusiastic, passionate, confident
* Excellent people skills and customer service
* Previous administrative experience
* Must be IT literate with understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Experience in basic book keeping / invoicing but not essential
* Efficient and professional approach with the ability to multi-task
* Possess strong communication, organisational and time management skills
* General willingness to be helpful, enthusiastic and flexible
* Able to work as an individual and as part of a team

Parking: There is no parking as it's in the centre of Brighton, however there is public transport
