Excellent opportunity for candidates with CDM experience to work in London. This position will to further develop both in-house services and the services offered to clients in Health & Safety and CDM Co-ordinator roles.
deally, candidates would have NEBOSH Construction Certificate or IOSH qualifications, with 2-3 years practical Health & Safety experience gained within the Construction Industry, and registered APS CDM-C.
Key requirements are:
• Small project CDM-C experience is essential • Complex Project experience is desirable • CDM design risk management experience is essential • NEBOSH Construction/General Certificate is essential • Tech IOSH Membership is desirable • Attendance at recognised CDM-C 3-day training course is desirable • Good time management skills are essential • Ability to manage 10+ small projects is essential
Candidates must also have good commercial understanding, be able to work with the minimum of supervision and be a team player.
This is an opportunity for a hands-on CDM Co-ordinator not an H&S generalist/consultant.
